Product Inspection

We conduct a thorough quality inspection of every carpet before shipping. Upon delivery, we request that you inspect the item immediately. For courier deliveries, a signature is required at the time of delivery.

If you notice any defects, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired.

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Returns will not be accepted for used, washed, altered, or soiled products.

  •   international orders are  eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Return Conditions

    To process a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with labels and tags intact.

    • You must share two images:

      • One with the product fully open for damage inspection.

      • One showing the product securely repacked in its original packaging.

    • Products with altered or illegible serial numbers are not eligible.

    • A return will only be accepted after successful quality inspection of the item.

      Note: Return charges help cover the cost of shipping, handling, and quality inspection. No charges apply if the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.


      How to Initiate a Return

      1. Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

      2. Contact Customer Care at +91-8810809054 or email customercare info@naziyarugs.com.

      3. Provide the required images of the product (open and packed).

      4. Ensure original packaging is intact and used for the return.

      5. We will coordinate a pickup at a mutually convenient time.

      6. Once received, the item will undergo a quality check before processing your refund or exchange.


      Refund Process

      • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of pickup.

      • Orders: Refunds are processed within 10–12 working days of pickup upon receiving your bank details. (No cash refunds.)


      International Orders

      • Returns, refunds, and exchanges are  available for international orders.

      • International customers may incur duties and local taxes as per their country’s customs laws, payable to the shipping partner at the time of delivery.
